I just love what I’ve learned about looking after my body with movement and stretching.
The fitness classes that I teach are a blessing for your body, mind and spirit.
We work hard and get our heart rate up as well us stretch out some muscles we hardly knew we had. We take some time to breathe deep and slow and to be still, reflecting on life-giving Bible verses.
